Adult High-Performance
Players competing on USTA/ALTA teams sharpen their strategic advantages through drills, competitive matches and intense physical training. Identifying and developing style of play and understanding match flow are reinforced through situational drills.
Adult Development
Adult players, in the initial levels of development, work on refining their stroke mechanics. As they advance, a larger array of shots and techniques are addressed with a focus on league play strategies.

Children Tennis Saturday Lessons Program
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM
- Little Tots – ages 5 and under ($15/person) This open session focuses on fun! Goals are to build agility, hand-eye coordination and motor skills. Parents are encouraged to pick up balls, grab a racket and interact with your child.
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Ages 8 and under ($25/player) This open session focuses on fun, agility, racket handling and basic strokes. Parents are encouraged to grab a racket and play.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Ages 9-12 (25/player) This open session focuses on agility, stroke production and match play, preparing your child for tournaments and ALTA/USTA league play.
Junior Tennis private and semi-private lessons are also available
Junior Tennis Leagues
- We offer junior leagues for most age groups and skill levels. Coaches determine when players are ready to compete during drills and private lessons.
Reminder:
- Per Alta/USTA league rules, it is the responsibility of the home team to dry courts. Rollers are on the court and towels are available on a first come basis.
